How I work

The technical edge

Former developer. I write requirements that engineers don't need to rewrite. I can read a PR, understand architecture trade-offs, and own technical decisions in a product role without becoming a bottleneck.

AI as a workflow

I use AI tools daily - for documentation, structured output, requirement analysis, and now to build an actual product. It's part of how I work, not something I mention on a slide deck.

Delivery without theatre

PMP certified. 10+ years in the digital industry, with a focus on cross-functional delivery across regulated and fast-moving environments. I treat ambiguity as something to structure, not avoid.

Full ownership

I'm currently building a product from zero, defining the problem, shaping the logic, and iterating on how decisions are made, not just how features are shipped. It forces a different level of ownership: no handoffs, no abstraction.
