About
I'm a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years in IT and digital environments, focused on complex delivery, operational governance, and cross-functional execution. I work best where projects are not just timelines to manage, but systems to clarify: roles, dependencies, risks, decisions, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
My background started in frontend development, which still helps me work closely with technical teams and understand delivery risk early. But my current work is broader: coordinating multi-country programs, improving delivery standards, building PM communities, and helping teams move from fragmented execution to clearer, more scalable ways of working.
I’m PMP certified, bilingual Italian/English, and used to working across business, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders. I also use AI tools practically in my work, especially for documentation, requirement structuring, process mapping, and decision support.
Most recently, I founded Itinero.io, an AI-powered career decision product. I own the product strategy, UX, scoring logic, prompt architecture, and monetisation thinking — a concrete example of how I combine delivery discipline, product thinking, and operational design.

Built an AI-powered product that helps professionals decide whether a role is worth pursuing, understand salary and strategic fit, and move from analysis to tailored CV and cover letter without starting from scratch.
Itinero started from a simple problem: job seekers often apply without knowing whether a role is actually good for their career. The product looks at fit, salary, trajectory, recruiter perspective, and next actions before the user spends time applying.
Once a role looks worth pursuing, the same analysis helps generate a tailored CV and cover letter. The idea is simple: don’t make people restart the process every time they move from evaluating a job to applying for it.
The product is built around practical outputs: a clear verdict, salary context, hiring-manager perspective, CV tailoring, cover letters, and saved history. No abstract dashboard — just the things someone needs when deciding whether to apply.
